The UFM European Conference 2024 will take place in beautiful Tuscany, Italy. The invitation is open to all UFM workers based in the UK or Europe.

Dates: 7-10 May 2024

Venue: Centro Evangelico Poggio Ubertini, Montespertoli, Tuscany

We look forward to Bible ministry each morning, prayer times, a choice of daily seminars, fellowship and an evening gathering. There will also be plenty of free-time with a range of recreational activities offered both on-site and locally, as well as time simply to catch up with each other.

The conference starts with dinner at 6pm on Tuesday 7th May 2024 and concludes with lunch on Friday 10th May 2024

Arrival/Departure: Arrive from 2.00pm on 7th May. Rooms must be vacated by 9.30am on 10th May, departure after lunch.

Accommodation: Full-board in rustic dormitory-style bedrooms. (Work is planned during Winter 23/24 to make some rooms en-suite, otherwise bathrooms are allocated male and female and shared).

Children: There will be organised activities for primary-aged children during the morning session.

Nearest airports: Florence and Pisa

Nearest train station: Montelupo-Caprai (approx. 25 minutes – transfers can be arranged)

Please note: The venue is situated in a rural part of Tuscany. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the wider area but there will be opportunity for local outings through car-share arrangements and/or local walks.

The total costs are:

  • £225/per night for adults and young people aged 15+ 
  • £125/per night for children aged 6-14 
  • £50/per night for 0-5 year olds 

 

Costs include hire of bed linen and towels.

Transport to/from the venue is not included. The nearest airports are Pisa and Florence.

Additional costs will be incurred for travel insurance (if mission partners are not already on UFM’s Banner policy or have their own) and for any additional optional trips/activities made during the conference (TBC).

The cost of attending will be debited from mission partners’ support accounts.
