UFM Worldwide exists to support local churches in making disciples of all nations. Our priorities are to take the gospel to the least reached and to support under resourced churches around the world.

We currently serve:
• Over 170 long term missionaries, sent by 90 gospel-hearted churches
• From 25 nations, serving in 36 different countries

To support the growing work of UFM, we are recruiting for two positions:

Head of Women’s Pastoral Ministry

Full time, permanent role. 35 hours per week, based in our Swindon office.

  • Overseeing the pastoral care of women serving with UFM
  • Providing pastoral care to a designated number of women in UFM
  • Encouraging and developing women’s ministry among the UFM mission family
  • Serving as a member of UFM’s Senior Leadership Team

Please note that all pastoral support offered to women in UFM is to complement that which comes from sending churches. UFM missionaries remain primarily accountable to their sending churches during their cross-cultural service.

UFM Worldwide has a policy statement on women’s ministry that outlines a complementarian position. The full statement will be sent to all enquirers.
A salary is available for this position, with an expectation that the successful candidate will look to raise some support to offset this. There may be some flexibility on location and hours of the role for the ideal candidate.

Finance Co-ordinator

  • Overseeing the processing of income & expenditure
  • Overseeing & developing our finance administration & accounting procedures
