About the Speakers

Bradley Bell serves as Executive Director of Equipping for the Upstream Collective. He has been a missionary, church planter, missions pastor, and lead pastor. He has authored and co-authored several books, including The Sending Church Defined and The Sending Church Applied.

Larry McCrary is the co-founder and President of the Upstream Collective. He has served as a church planter, pastor, and mission strategist for over 40 years, and has lived and served internationally. Larry is the author of multiple books including First 30 Daze and The MarketSpace.

The Upstream Collective is a missions organization with one vision: to help churches send well. We do this in two ways: by equipping the church with practical tools and relational support—resources, books, cohorts, coaching, and training that develop a culture of sending; and by sending the church as a missions agency that prioritizes relationships, keeping the local church central in every step of sending and missions engagement.
