Job vacancy: Communications & Content Coordinator
Part-time permanent role based in Swindon. 25 hours per week over 3 – 4 days.

UFM Worldwide exists to support churches in making disciples of all nations. Today, we support over 300 mission partners from 39 nations, sent by 125 gospel-hearted churches to serve in 58 different countries.
UFM is looking for a Communications Coordinator to help tell the story of what God is doing around the world and inspire others to join in global mission. Working alongside the Communications Manager, you’ll create engaging content and manage digital and print platforms that connect churches and individuals with gospel-progress stories and resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to help mobilise people for the Great Commission and see lives impacted for Christ across the nations.
You’ll support the Comms Manager in delivering clear, compelling & effective communications by:
- Helping to maintain & develop the UFM website & internal portal
- Creating & managing social media content
- Producing digital & print resources such as magazines, prayer materials, & event content
- Supporting the creation of videos, stories, & graphics that inspire engagement in world mission
- Organising & repurposing media content for future use
- Assisting with communications administration, data management, & GDPR compliance
- Helping ensure people receive relevant & timely communications across UFM networks

Salary & benefits:
- Salary: £31,260.94 pa, pro rata (full-time equivalent 35 hours per week)
- 10% employer’s pension contribution
- 5 weeks annual leave, pro rata, plus statutory public holidays
- 1 week, pro rata, additional leave to serve on an approved mission week, camp or church activity.
