Iceland’s college campuses are shaping the future of the nation. The ideas and beliefs thriving there today will define tomorrow. Yet, the mental health of students is in crisis—over one-third experience mild to severe depression. In this critical moment, there’s an opportunity to bring hope through the transformative message of Jesus.

We envision Iceland as a source of goodness for the nations—a place where students embrace Jesus, nurture their faith, and are equipped to go out into the world as passionate disciples.

As a 20-year-old college student in Iceland, I found faith through Christian television. That encounter changed the course of my life, and now I want to give today’s students the same opportunity to experience the life-changing power of the gospel.

My wife, Kolbrun, and I share a desire to reach Iceland’s young people. Together, we have three children and a mission to impact university campuses and beyond. We envision Iceland as a source of goodness for the nations—a place where students embrace Jesus, nurture their faith, and are equipped to go out into the world as passionate disciples.

Our ministry focuses on establishing a continuous presence at Iceland’s university campuses and expanding online evangelism through social media, websites, podcasts, and other digital platforms. By fostering a vibrant Christian community among Iceland’s future leaders, we hope to inspire lasting change for generations to come.
