Christian university students have a precious ministry to reach friends and peers, giving as many as possible an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel.
They are equipped and supported by GBU Staff Workers who work full-time and financially live by faith.
Only 1/3 of FIEIDE2 churches have a full-time pastor
Spanish church leaders need help and training to grow and for their ministry to be fruitful, but the vast majority are bi-vocational which means that moving away for study is not possible. EET3 provides biblical and theological formation in-context.

Before moving to the UK in 2019, I had the privilege of serving for 10 years with GBU Spain. Schools and universities are a vast mission field and I saw slow but deep gospel fruit as we equipped students to read the Bible with their non-Christian friends. Although remaining in the UK, I’m now returning to GBU to train and equip the Staff Workers to develop ministry partnership teams, in order to raise financial support. Additionally, I am helping to develop the organisation’s culture of generosity.
I’m thrilled to also be part of EET, as Dean of Students. Each church leader that studies has a local mentor and in this strategic role I will oversee the mentoring process and best practice.
I long to see Spanish evangelical churches grow in their love of Jesus and become increasingly generous with all God has given them!
I married Mike in 2019 and I enjoy the green of the UK – but not always the wet! We are members of Trinity Chippenham and together lead one of the church’s midweek home groups. I also help with Sunday School, and often translate Sunday services into Spanish!
I love seeker Bible studies, National Trust, and jigsaw puzzles.
